She is currently working at CERN as a recruiter where she has honed her high-volume recruitment skills as well as her technical knowledge as she hires profiles from Accelerator Physicists to Librarians! Haylee is a digital marketing consultant with an online recruitment background and a keen eye on social media.
Originally from kiwi land, Haylee has spent the last 8 years in the UK in University recruitment marketing and more recently as Marketing Manager for an online recruitment software company who hosts and has launched over 40 client job sites, regional portals, and national niche job boards.
Having recently shifted to Geneva, she started consulting for businesses that want to outsource aspects of their digital marketing, social media, search and content marketing to kick start it, mould it, or just start using it properly and launched the website Social-Eyes.me. She’s looking forward to her first attendance at a #Tru event (and not just the social networking in the pub), and whilst not being an HR specialist by trade, looks forward to feeding the #TruGeneva discussions.
Etienne is an HR professional from Switzerland. For the last 15 years he’s considered the “virtual” world as much his home as the so-called “real” world.
After attending more than half a dozen #Tru events he decided that it was time to organize #TruGeneva, although (or maybe because) some German bloggers still consider Switzerland to be a developing country in terms of social recruitment.
